I am really surprised about some of the reviews because I had a great experience with this provider. She listened to me and found out I have asthma. I originally went in for allergy testing and came out breathing much better. She also determined I have reflux disease before my primary care provider. She is very smart and I appreciate her care.
The office is HORRIFIC. As a healthcare professional of 15 yrs, I m horrified at the unprofessional, appalling behavior my son and I experienced from both the doctor and staff. Dr. Jaffe was rude arrogant and condescending while talking with me in regards to my son's care. I called her out on her behavior and asked why she would talk to a patient's parent the way she was talking down to me. She then became defensive and was even more arrogant and pretentious. The nursing staff even worse.
Very unhappy with pediatric care provided. Not willing to listen and very degrading during conversation. A bully behind closed doors, at least she asked my child to leave the room before getting mean! Not worth the time. If I could give zero stars I would.
After two visits with Dr. Jaffe I will never step foot in the building again. Her brusque manner and dismissive tone, coupled with a lack of thoroughness, sealed the deal on the second atrocious visit. Make the drive for another allergist. Go to UVM for pulmonology.
No good. she gives poor time and atencion. And she do not gives enuff information about allergies only copies you need to read.
