Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Repeated Appointment Cancellations and Scheduling Issues... To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the ongoing scheduling issues I have experienced at your office since the change in ownership and staff. I have been a patient at this location for over fifteen years and never encountered these types of problems with the prior dentist or team.
Thank you Dr. Elizabeth Elmale for my implants, I can now chew properly again, you gave me the confidence I didn't know I needed. I am forever grateful. I also like to thank your staff for their patience and professionalism. Highly recommended.
Dr Elmaleh is the best dentist I have ever been treated by: highly skilled and up-to-date with best practices; a creative problem-solver. I have a perfectly fitting flexible partial and a dental implant without the slightest problem or pain. Her staff is also excellent!
