If you want a condescending lecture on exercise rather than actual medical advise this is your doctor. I went to Dr. Warner several times for dizziness, neck pain and tingling in my fingers. She told me to exercise and that would cure all my problems. The problem was that I have severely herniated disks and had to have a 4 level ACDF at 40. I have permanent damage to my spinal cord and will have to live with it for the rest of my life but at least I have the power to leave this bad review.
