I would give 0 stars. I’m writing this review 3 years after this incident because I feel like people need to know and honestly I didn’t realize this until now when I decided to go back through MyChart. I came into the emergency room March 2021 for swollen joints, every step I took was painful and my entire body was swollen. I don’t know how this woman is still practicing. Clearly, based on reviews, she has been practicing medicine with a chip on her shoulder for years. I went in there with 15/10 tooth pain. My oral surgeon had to do an emergency extraction of my Wisdom tooth due to an infection spreading to my neck. I was instructed to go to the ER to be sure I didn’t need draining. If Southern New Hampshire Medical Center tries to give you her as a doctor, run the other way. Not only did she yell to a nurse, in an open hallway of people (against HIPAA and all common decency) she embarrassed my mother and she yelled, "this ONE is NOT HAPPY, she WANTS BILATERAL bandaids and can't wait for them"! She then proceeded to swing open the door to my mother's ER room and slam the gurney into the wall, while the nurse stood there and said nothing. Dr. K noticed I was in the room and looked surprised.
