I share the same experience as those who gave this doctor a 1 star rating. I would give her less than that. I was told that they are no longer taking my insurance when I showed up for an appointment. I therefore paid in cash and was told that they would process with my insurance. As I waited for my reimbursement from insurance, I found out that the doctor was paid by my insurance. It took 3 months to get my money back. I never returned.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the care provided by this office. The staff and doctor were unprofessional and failed to provide adequate care. My father was recently diagnosed with cancer, and I have been experiencing severe joint pain, which led to a steroid shot and positive blood work for RA. This morning, my 89 year old pop had an appointment. He had dementia and we called to say we were going to be late. The answering service said to come in anyway. We arrive and not only can they not see my pop, but they said the answering service didn’t alert them on time. So I request my grandfathers paperwork so we can go somewhere else and I’m told no.
