I am extremely disappointed in my treatment over the years. At one visit the PA examined me. That was fine, I let it go. Thereafter, for several years Dr H came in and went over my report never to see her again. I was not even consulted about the change. I went on the infusion for Reclast. Nothing but issues with that. I liked her fine when I saw her but switched elsewhere when my needs changed and new physician says her handwritten notes are fully illegible. I requested that she type them and resend and she refused claiming physician can just call if they have a question. It is a physicians job and obligation to properly document in medical record which is not complete if not legible.
I love Dr. Hawruk! Her bedside manner is wondeful. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my visits with her!
