I’ve been seeing Dr. Graul for the past 12 years, and I can’t speak highly enough of the care and attention she provides. From day one, she has always taken the time to truly listen and understand my concerns. What sets Dr. Graul apart is not only her deep knowledge as a gynecologist, but also her ability to communicate clearly and offer advice that is both practical and comforting. She has consistently guided me with genuine care and insight, always considering the bigger picture for ongoing support and well-being.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care at this office. As someone with a bleeding disorder, I rely on my medical provider to make informed decisions that directly impact my health. Unfortunately, Dr. Graul and her staff failed me when I needed them most. Dr. Graul abruptly switched my medication from a very high dose to a much lower one without explaining the change. **UPDATE** 3/17 I received a call to go over my ultrasound results!! Not with Julie but with her assistant. She told me who she was then asked me if I could verify my address. I said NO you called me. I mentioned that the ultrasound was performed on 1/31/25 and asked why I’m just now receiving a call with the results. I’ve since had the issue resolved with another Dr. and did explain that to her. 45 days for them to let me know the results of an ultrasound. After a month of trying to book an appointment, I’m giving up. Their online request system doesn’t work, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is always full. Based on recent one-star reviews, it seems I’m not the only one with issues. If you’re looking for reliability, I’d suggest moving on—just like I am.
Angela Jones is very knowledgeable & gave me peace of mind. Response time & follow up is fast & I am grateful! So thankful I could get in to see her, well worth the wait. The office was serene and calm, I felt very comfortable.
