I had an appointment scheduled on a Monday. Unfortunately I was in a car accident on the wy to my appointment. I attempted to call the office to notify them. The call went to voicemail. I tried several more times to call the office to explain why I missed my appointment, leaving a message each time ad requesting a call back. I never did get a call back.
