About 2 years ago my son in N.J.purchased a Beamer mat from her for me at the cost of over five thousand dollars, and when I call and leave a message about the mat, she NEVER returns my calls. 10 days ago I called left a message with her secretary asking why my new hip of 3 months hurts every time I now use the mat, ( my doctor said that I should ask her ) I am still waiting for an answer. Maybe I’ll have better luck if I call the Beamer company. L Dene
