I wasn’t planning to write this review because the doctor was helpful initially. However, the issues I faced with the medical assistant, Choi, at the front desk compel me to share my experience. Choi consistently failed to follow through on submitting referrals for necessary treatments. I tried to be patient, assuming she was busy, but waiting 3-4 weeks for a referral—only to find out it hadn’t even been submitted—is unacceptable. Small office with great personal service. I like this office cause I never had to wait in the waiting room, unlike other medical offices I've been to in the past where I had to "wait" like 30 mins or so before going into the exam room ON my scheduled time. The doctor and nurse are friendly and helpful and really attentive to my needs and work really hard with my insurance limitations.

This doctor and her nurse tried to scam me on $200 worth of "service". This was not the case and I had to go through a long appeal and grievance process to get it remedied. It is also ONLY a single nurse and the Dr. in the office, meaning they will never respond to your calls because they are "too busy". Not only this, but the doctor notoriously comes in an hour late every morning. Do NOT recommend.
