I am still in shock over the abhorrent treatment I received from Dr. Elissa Kaplan the other day. The only positives are that she spent less than 15 minutes with me (and not the 40 minutes I waited), and I will never have to see her again. I am a patient of Dr. Kaplan, she is not your average gastroenterologist. She has a great bedside manner. She is so understanding, patient and she is so kind and she is so knowledgeable about my Gastro problems. I have so much confidence in all her knowledge in her field.
