The clinic charged us a $200 late fee - we were 15 minutes late due to a misunderstanding, Dr. Bernier had not even arrived at the clinique for the procedure and they lost absolutely no time. I'm sure they provide good services but this was utterly unacceptable - outright theft! As if the treatment costs were not excessive enough. No wonder Dr. Bernier runs around in a Porsche Cayenne...
