Chosen out of a list of names from my health insurance at random, I am so happy I found Dr. Berger as my primary care. She was the first doctor I felt I could be open with and not be judged. Her attention to detail comes from by listening me as patient and human. Her office is expedient to my requests and inquires. She brings a wealth to knowledge to a community that lacks acute and personal medical care.

I’m so thankful to have stumbled upon Dr. Berger as my primary care. I trust her completely, and her thoughtfulness and timely attention to patients shines in her practice. I feel lucky to have her in my corner!

I’ve seen Dr. Berger since moving to North Adams in July 2022 and I have never been happier with a primary care doctor. She is thoughtful about my health care, willing to work with me on medicine changes and treatment options, and gives excellent advice while still treating me like an adult. She’s also very responsive, and her office is quick to respond to phone requests or through the online patient portal. I highly recommend Dr. Berger and her practice, especially for LGBTQ folks.
