This was my first visit with Dr. Benzoni. I would highly recommend her. From the moment she entered the room, I felt seen, heard, and understood. She was thorough, asked me questions to confirm what I said and offered solutions and recommendations. She was professional and personable. I did not feel rushed. I left with a clear understanding of the takeaways. I felt valued and cared for.
I was in labor for 46 hours and Benzoni only came to check on my progress once in that time. My baby and I had serious complications that could have been avoided. Do not recommend that practice or Waterbury hospital.
Dr Benzoni is an amazing Dr I recommend her to everyone!! I was lucky to have found her when a different Dr was ignoring my symptoms for months. I was in so much pain and wouldn't stop bleeding. Dr Benzoni took me in right away and discovered I had a uterine fibroid that prolapsed and performed emergency surgery to remove it. I kept her as my Dr and have stayed with her for years I know I'm in good hands with her. She's very caring and takes her time with you. She's the best!!
I found Dr. Benzoni to be very rude. She was rough and rushed me through the exam. Told me that I needed a hysterectomy and did not bother to explain or answer any questions I had. This was my first and last visit with her. Terrible and unprofessional bedside manner. From some of the positive reviews I read, I guess her personality reflects the kind of day she is having. No thanks!!
