Dr. Sofronova has been our family doctor for many years. Every time we came to her office we’ve been given the best care by her and her team. She is not only a great doctor but also a kind and caring person, and this truly makes a difference. Lately I’ve been going through serious health issues and she always promptly responded to my concerns and provided me with excellent care and great encouragement. Thank you Dr. Sofronova for being there for me!
Incredibly long wait time for my child. The appointment was booked for a certain time but we were spent waiting in the waiting room for an hour. This is pretty unprofessional of them to overbook patients. Is it for the profit?
