Dr. Dean CRACKED my front right incisor during an exam when he was working at Sage Dental of Davie. He was doing an exam on me to determine where my tooth pain was coming from, and he hit my tooth a bit too hard with his instrument. I came home to see that he had inflicted a superficial crack in my tooth that I'll probably have to pay for when I am older and my teeth aren't so strong anymore.
