Wonderful staff. Wait maybe a little long but he takes time with patience to ensure they understand conditions and treatment.
Dr Kanaan is a very good doctor I have been going to him for several years
Dr. Kanaan and his nurses are qualified. The office staff try to scan the calls when I specifically ask to leave a message for the nurse and then they refuse because they don't think it's worthy of the nurses attention. They have ABSOLUTELY NO MEDICAL TRAINING. I did inform Dr. Kanaan of the issue and he agreed they are not medically trained and should not be denying anyone the ability to discuss concerns with the nurse. The staff here is the reason why I quit this Doctor. If I’m paying for a service I don’t need to be treated rudely. I will need a doctor in this location of Texas. I hope I can find a good doctor with staff that can treat the Customers better.
