The staff here is the reason why I quit this Doctor. If I’m paying for a service I don’t need to be treated rudely. I will need a doctor in this location of Texas. I hope I can find a good doctor with staff that can treat the Customers better.
The reason I’m only giving 1 star is the office staff and the office manager Robin. I have never been spoken too so rudely as I was spoken to today by Robin. All I was trying to do was get an MRI order and prior authorization changed from one hospital to another do to insurance out of network plan and cost. I was told by Robin that we had requested one hospital and that is where they sent the request and authorization to and they would not be changing anything for us, I also then asked for the order and authorization and aga... read more
