Dr. Kanaan and his nurses are qualified. The office staff try to scan the calls when I specifically ask to leave a message for the nurse and then they refuse because they don't think it's worthy of the nurses attention. They have ABSOLUTELY NO MEDICAL TRAINING. I did inform Dr. Kanaan of the issue and he agreed they are not medically trained and should not be denying anyone the ability to discuss concerns with the nurse. The staff here is the reason why I quit this Doctor. If I’m paying for a service I don’t need to be treated rudely. I will need a doctor in this location of Texas. I hope I can find a good doctor with staff that can treat the Customers better.
The reason I’m only giving 1 star is the office staff and the office manager Robin. I have never been spoken too so rudely as I was spoken to today by Robin. All I was trying to do was get an MRI order and prior authorization changed from one hospital to another do to insurance out of network plan and cost. I was told by Robin that we had requested one hospital and that is where they sent the request and authorization to and they would not be changing anything for us, I also then asked for the order and authorization and aga... read more
