I’m giving Dr. Halpert 5-stars BUT check-in takes too long, office staff/nurse are terrible at returning calls, and staff takes too long to get the infusion center I use RX for my medication. AND, don’t get me started on the lobby restroom…someone needs to do a better job of cleaning in there. It smells like urine 🤢 and there were no paper towels.
I am trying to get in contact with the Doctor's assistant with no luck. No one answers the phone. The only thing that I am getting is voice mail. Is there is anyway to get in contact with you?
Organized, clean and helpful staff. Love Dr Elias Halpert
