Dr. Eli performed orbital surgery for me more than ten years ago.
Kaiser Physician: Not great at communicating or explaining procedure. He seemed annoyed when asked questions about procedure. Lacks people skills. Had to have a revision with another ophthalmologist outside of the Kaiser network. :(
