Dr Finkelstein is very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves his work. It was a pleasure discussing my issues and the next step in the process.
Clean, professional and low wait time
Staff was great. The issue I had is my Doctor prescribed PT for my back problems but the Resurgence PT does NOT take Medicare as insurance. I imagine many patients who need this kind of care are on Medicare. It doesn’t make any sense to me that the PT connected with this patient care sends you somewhere else because they don’t think it necessary to provide care for Medicare patients.

Visiting Dr. Finkelstein at the Resurgens Cumming location was a AAA+ experience from start to finish. The Resurgens location is easy to find, clean, and welcoming. For my appointment, check-in was quick and there was less than a two minute wait time until I was called to the appointment room. Staff, including reception, nurse, PA, and techs were professional, courteous, efficient at their job, and helped to keep stress level down and my experience positive.
