Dr. Markesic was one of the kindest and most thoughtful physicians I have seen in New York. I came in expecting a quick routine appointment, but she took the time to sit down, listen carefully to my concerns, and discuss my overall health rather than rushing through the visit. I have been a patient of Dr. Markesic for many years, however after she moved and I moved I changed practitioners due to traveling convenience. I was very surprised to receive a personal email from her during a holiday weekend discussing a health issue I have that's bothering me for years. This is the first time I’ve encountered a situation like this. I came to the office, and the doctor is in-network with my insurance. Before the visit, I still asked whether the appointment would be covered. Their response was: “We don’t guarantee anything.” Me: “What do you mean?” Them: “We don’t know.
