I have been seeing dr. Wheeler for about 2 years now and I always thought she was very nice but the vibe in her office is not good. Karin, who works at the front desk needs to be replaced!! All the complaints above are accurate My sister is currently in liver failure and she wants to push off her appointment that’s she’s already moved multiple times to JULY WHICH IS A MONTH AND A HALF AWAY I hope her license is revoked for her negligence and she has no care about her patients if you have an important issue avoid this doctor and for everyone whose already had problems with her report her to the medical board
I love Dr Wheeler! She’s been my primary doctor for more than 5 years already. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and very particular with my needs. She would explain to you clearly the diagnosis and why she’s giving you those meds. I have read the other reviews and it seems that the low star ratings are due to either the staff, the clinic, which is separate from her practice and how she is with the patients. I’ve brought my parents to her, my husband and have recommended friends to see her.
I have tried to call in several times… won’t take my call, hangs up, states that there are other calls, will call me back but won’t take my name or number. This is the FIRST person you talk to ;makes the worst impression and should not be working there for this OFFICE anymore. This is Keisha.. very rude, not professional; imperfect and too young to know what manners are. Please replace before you lose more patients!!
