I love Dr Wheeler! She’s been my primary doctor for more than 5 years already. Very knowledgeable, accommodating and very particular with my needs. She would explain to you clearly the diagnosis and why she’s giving you those meds. I have read the other reviews and it seems that the low star ratings are due to either the staff, the clinic, which is separate from her practice and how she is with the patients. I’ve brought my parents to her, my husband and have recommended friends to see her.
I have tried to call in several times… won’t take my call, hangs up, states that there are other calls, will call me back but won’t take my name or number. This is the FIRST person you talk to ;makes the worst impression and should not be working there for this OFFICE anymore. This is Keisha.. very rude, not professional; imperfect and too young to know what manners are. Please replace before you lose more patients!!
As soon as you walk in , no one greets you. I’m a new patient and had no idea where to go or what to do. Front office women just stared at me like I was lost. Stood at the front desk for about five minutes while ppl were at their computers just sitting. No one asked who I was or who I was here to see. The front lady just sat there and munched on her candy bar. If it wasn’t for my insurance, I would not come back. Will look for another practice . They don’t seem to have things together. Whole vibe felt weird.

Not even one star!! I agree, she is a Very dangerous and incompetent Dr as well as her staff.. her license should be revoked and the staff should never have jobs working with people let alone patients. Long occurred events cut short; first visit my blood pressure was up in the high 80's, she never once examined me.. refused to see me twice, sent me to the hospital emergency room... they sent me back to her, she asked me why I went to the emergency?!!
