Doctor Elena, the head doctor, is a very competent, professional, attentive doctor, the staff is also very professional, very friendly girls, I have been going to this clinic for more than 20 years and I am very satisfied.
I would like to write about the positive points in this office first. But there are none. So, 1. The employees at the reception desk are rude and arrogant individuals who act as if they are the center of the universe. One example. I had a high temperature and I called to make an urgent appoitment. But the woman on the phone said that the doctor had a lot of patients today and could not see me, but I asked the doctor and she said that it was the flu and I should take Tylenol. Is this normal? 2. Dr. Starosta is an incredibly patient and understanding doctor. She always takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and make me feel comfortable. I truly feel like she cares about me as a person, not just as a patient. Over time, I’ve come to see her not only as my doctor but also as a friend. I’m grateful for her compassionate approach to care and highly recommend her!
Dr. Starosta is compassionate and attentive. She always greets me warm smile and takes the time to address all of my questions, never making me feel rushed. she does an excellent job of explaining complex medical terms in a way that's easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and actually looks out for her patients
