Dr. Elena Shanina MD is well educated but is very cold. In my case She blew me off along with her resident. She relies too much on her resident. Neither one of them followed up after some testing. Do not go to UTMB for neurological issues. Their entire neurology department, Webster & League City, has a serious problem with prejudgment, uncaring, unwilling to work with you or anyone else & an overall attitude problem.
