If I could leave 0 stars I would. This office doesn't deserve any stars or any rewards. The most awful place in area. Ignorant, careless personal, they never call for medication refills in time. I missed my pills refills at least six times, had to call the office every single time and ask them to send the approval back to pharmacy. Pharmacy said the office never sends fax back or calls. To make an appointment with any doctor is a complete disaster, you have to wait weeks, no matter how sick you are or how bad you feel. The a... read more
For any of you who need communication effectively; your primary language will NOT be provided by the office. You'll need to cover interpreting service yourself.
I go there with my husband, the office is very nice, the staff at the front desk is polite, we don't have to wait at all. Dr. Elena Edwards is attentive and professional. I would recommend her to everybody. Very nice experience!
