He really cares about what he does, and knows a lot about it. He seemed like he also cared when he was my doctor. I think Dr. Samuel is really good at what he does and helped me tremendously.
He never smiles, stands opposite you with his arms crossed and basically gives you a look that you bore him. He does not have a caring attitude and doesn't seem to take your concerns seriously. He is the only doctor in the kewanee hospital E.R. I recommend going to Princeton or geneseo hospital instead.
