Very kind and compassionate.
Dr. Majerus herself seemed like a highly knowledgeable doctor the one time I saw her, however, her staff and my experience with this office has been absolutely terrible. They told me they "dropped the ball" when I called to find out why my infusion hadn't been scheduled, more than a month after it was ordered, the nurse did not return my call when I called to ask about some serious side effects I had experienced and when I wrote an email requesting to speak to the doctor herself to find out if the next infusion was even safe... read more
I have a mild blood disorder that need monitoring and Dr. Majerus was very kind and comprehensive. The phlebotomists were fantastic as well!
