Dr Elaine is an excellent GP. She is professional, compassionate and always friendly. I have been her patient for many years and feel very confident with her care. I would highly recommend Dr Elaine Liew and Tooronga Family Medical.
Dr Elaine Liew provided incorrect information as to what medicines are monitored by SafeScript and how records are entered. The consultation was conducted on the basis of that erroneous information and therefore pointless. I also spent hours after the appointment trying to chase down answers as to the alleged missing records (which did not exist because the medicine is not monitored). Dr Elaine is the best GP I have ever met. She has an amazing warm compassionate personality. She is very thorough with her assessment and will tackle and listen to all your presenting problems. I feel like Dr Elaine went above and beyond to make sure she addressed all of my concerns. Thank you so much Dr Elaine.
Great doctor. Excellent patient care. And love the clinic with all the ambiance, plants and little touches to help patients and little patients feel more at home.
I have been coming here for years now and it's the first time I've ever been happy with a medical/GP clinic. Elaine and Fiona are very thorough and I feel like I'm in the best care. The centre itself has a warm feel with new facilities and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Tooronga Family Medical.
