My insurance plan provides 100% coverage for this procedure. However, only about 70% was reimbursed and I paid $2070 When I contacted my insurance company, I was informed that reimbursement depends on how the clinic submits the claim. Unfortunately, the way this clinic submitted the claim resulted in reduced coverage. This was extremely frustrating, as patients rely on clinics to handle insurance matters accurately. Very disappointing experience.

I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Parisa Farmand, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout the treatment and even afterward, I had no pain at all. Dr. Farmand is not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and caring. She followed up with me multiple times after the procedure to ensure everything was going well, which truly shows her dedication to patient care. Her clinic is also extremely clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of dental care!

Was treated by Dr. Lam for an infection in a back molar from a root canal performed 40 years ago! From the minute I contacted their office I was met with a friendly and professional attitude which was present from the initial call to end of surgery. Dr. Lam is absolutely outstanding, kind and so incredibly gentle - if you have any apprehension about an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Lam and her awesome team, she truly is a Vancouver gem!
