Dr. Elaine Lam is a very professional and caring endodontist. She has helped me twice with treatments. The first time was in 2024 for a deep root canal cleaning to remove an infection. She handled the procedure with great attention to detail and scheduled a follow-up appointment to make sure everything healed properly. My insurance plan provides 100% coverage for this procedure. However, only about 70% was reimbursed and I paid $2070 When I contacted my insurance company, I was informed that reimbursement depends on how the clinic submits the claim. Unfortunately, the way this clinic submitted the claim resulted in reduced coverage. This was extremely frustrating, as patients rely on clinics to handle insurance matters accurately. Very disappointing experience.

I had a root canal procedure done by Dr. Parisa Farmand, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Throughout the treatment and even afterward, I had no pain at all. Dr. Farmand is not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly kind and caring. She followed up with me multiple times after the procedure to ensure everything was going well, which truly shows her dedication to patient care.
