She’s the worse professional I came across in my life! She rudely refused to give me a medical certification of health that I needed to complete my TLC application and said I would have to go to an Urgent Care to get it. The doctor at the urgent care asked my medical records she, again in a very rude way, said she would provide it within a week and hung up the phone on my face! What a terrible person! Don’t be fooled by her look of a nice old lady!!!
She worries more about the dog she keeps in her office than the actual patient. Refused to give me an excused absence note for work because " I'm only allowed to do it once" as a patient there. I thought she was a really nice lady until she asked her receptionist to shut the door in my face.
I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my time with her. she is very unprofessional and she does keep her sick dog in her office. I actually didn't mind the dog (I felt bad for him) but it adds to everything else.The examination room smells bad an looks outdated,I would never allow for her to inject any type of shots as the office looks unhygienic.I was given a check-in sheet that was a hand-written photocopy.
