We've been using Dr Ek's AC for a few years now and I can honestly say that they are great. I have never had one bad experience with the techs that have come to fix my A/C. I have always found their technicians to be prompt, courteous and thorough. When anything extraordinary happens, they send someone out quickly. I recommend their service highly.
Very professional tech guys, and they are very organized too. Excellent job in fixing the broken air conditioner at my office. The price was affordable, too and I really appreciated the work they did. Recommend them to anyone!

The tech arrived quickly and diagnosed the system. He let me know what the problem was and replaced the motor fan for a very reasonable price. The A/C now works like new. I would definitely use them again in the future.
My air conditioner was malfunctioning, so I called these guys from Dr Ek's AC to fix it. They checked out the whole system, diagnosed the problem, fixed itin no time, and didn't try to oversell or overcharge me. Most important it was so much affordable!
