Very Disappointed and Felt Scammed I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Ekbal H. Elkadry, DMD and Dr. Noha. I went in for a consultation specifically asking for a dental bridge, but instead of listening to my request, both doctors kept pushing me toward getting an implant—something I clearly said I did not want. It felt less like a healthcare visit and more like a high-pressure sales pitch. Treated me very well
I have had root canal, caps, fillings and annual cleaning done here, as a patient for over 20 years. They have always been professional and done a great job. I recommend them to family and friends.
Scam artists. Their receptionist is horribly unprofessional. I had one appointment in 2021, nor did I miss 3 appointments, I cancelled those. Suddenly there’s a bill for $340 dollars that I was never informed of because YOUR DENTISTRY refused to notify me of a balance from 2021 and I want my xrays for my new dentist. Holding my medical information hostage is disgusting! I’m going to be taking legal action just like I had to do with Steward Medical Group because this is unacceptable behavior in my opinion. Excellent service from the lady on the front desk, also excellent dentist service too. The dentist are very thorough and not pushing “root canal treatment” when there is nothing to treat. Went there to get a filling because mine suddenly popped off. Able to get fast appointment (the same day). They also accept masshealth.
