I love Dr. Hogenson. She has always been very patient, and kind. She has helped me through several miscarriages, and with my fertility problems, I have never met a doctor who is as caring and patient as her.
The only good thing about this clinic was the office staff, who were very friendly and competent. The person who takes weight and blood pressure was incredibly rude, snooty, and unkind. She never seemed to be able to remember my name (I got a strong impression it was intentional) and she always had a snide comment, acting as though she hated me for some reason. I was referred to Dr. Hogenson from a friend. I Came in for a miscarriage. I was treated gently and patiently. She took her time to connect and helped me understand my options. I am very grateful.
She's been my OB for 3 of my 4 children. She's incredibly patient and calm. My only regret with my last child is that I decided to be induced while she was out of town. I wish I had waited the two extra days for her to be back in town. I was lucky to find her on my "first try" looking for an OB after being a military dependent.
I have PCOS. She said it is not reverisible. I switched doctors because I knew it is reverisble. It just takes time. Her solution was put me on fertility drugs that were not working with my body. The drugs were literally making me depressed. Other than the fertility issues, she was very nice and understanding.
Dr. Hogenson listens. she makes me feel like my concerns are the only thing that matters at the moment. I've never felt rushed in all my visits. I like that she gives me options, too. I have recommended her to my friends. I am glad to have a doctor I can trust with this delicate and intimate aspect of my health needs.
