The office changed the date of my appointment and didn't notify me. I had a confirmation text on my phone that clearly showed that they made a mistake. Still, the office staff and Dr. Chiopelas refused to accommodate me in any way, and they acted in the most unprofessional and uncaring manner. Aysha, the receptionist, was rude and lacked basic manners and communication skills. The manager, Jose Rodriguez, was trying to help, but he was ineffective. Dr. Chiopelas is a gem among Manhattan physicians. As other reviewers have said, she truly cares about her patients and doesn’t rush through her appointments. Her bedside matter is amazing. I really appreciate her and highly recommend!
