Front office staff hang up the phone on you and the doctor is so overwork that they do a terrible job of providing cares. Avoid this doctor unless you want delayed treatment and no communication. Disappointing
From the reviews I am not surprised with the encounter I had with Dr. K today, this was after trying to get ahold of her and her office for 2 months now. If you are a Christus employee in Alamogordo you're going to want to switch providers. Just a heads up.
The worst excuse for a doctor. Waited over an hour and a half to be seen for 7 minutes. I asked her a twice what labs she was ordering, and she just ignored me and left the office. I received my Medicare bill, and my payment to the lab was just under $1000. At least Medicare didn't just bill me, but asked if I authorized this. Fraud case is pending.
