Sometimes it is crowded
After waiting more than a month for an appointment, now back to zero looking for a new doctor. The day of the appointment arrived 15 minutes early, as required by phone, to wait almost 3 hours and not be seen by the doctor or called to be seen. They were to close at 5pm sharp. Why they make appointments to make the patients lose their time and not receive care. He can be a good cardiologist but without proper patient and office management then is impossible to give proper and quality patient care. Very disappointed.
I’ve had a wonderful experience for the last 2 years with Dr. Edwin Martinez and his amazing team, including Diana and Shekina. Diana is incredibly sweet, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable and well cared for. Shekina is also outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always willing to help with a warm attitude. Dr.Martinez is an excellent cardiologist—knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Together, they make a fantastic team, and I always feel confident and supported during my visits.
