Love this place ❤️ Staffs, Nurses, and Doctors are all nice, specially the woman in the front desk Ms.Sierra (not sure if I spelled her name correctly 😅) all of our questions were answered, always asking if my husband and I were comfortable with everything.. I just finished first cycle and had the best experience. Dr Robins is super efficient which means all exams and procedures don’t take longer than needed. The nurse coordinators MacKenzie, Karen, front desk stuff, lab nurse they are all super professional, caring, know you by name and are always on schedule with all information and drug orders. Egg donors beware - Dr. Robbins has zero bedside manner and I left my first appointment completely traumatized. He did not explain any touching he would be doing in a highly sensitive area (during a transvaginal ultrasound and exam). I was visibly confused and shaken during the exam and Dr. Robbins had not uttered one word to me, didn’t even say hi or introduce himself when he came in the room.
