The experience was very poor. The patient was denied an appointment to review recent results ordered by Dr. Tam due to an attempt to postpone the payment of the no-show fee.
I found Dr. Tam very easy to converse with. He is very kind and I felt very informed while discussing my test results. I am very thankful for the referral to this Dr.

Don't waste your time waiting for an appointment with this doctor. I've been waiting for six months and after that - no results at all. He is unprofessional and don't even seem willing to examine each case thoroughly. The reception team is just as bad; it feels like I have to pay them for every word."
