My mother has been going to Dr. Mezic for years. I now have to take time off from work to bring her to all doctor appointments. The doctors and nurses are fine but the office staff is HORRIBLE. The simplest task such as scheduling an appointment is always a problem, they lose cds of imaging, and (most recently) scheduled us to see a primary doctor instead of a covering pulmonologist while Dr. Mezic is out of the office. This office is atrocious. They do not do their job, seem lost and have a poor attitude. The billing they do is broken and leaves you with a hassle you shouldn’t have to deal with. They do not check that your insurance covers the tests they send you out to do elsewhere, you find out months later when you get the hefty bill. The only explanation is nepotism. Dr Mezic himself has a horrid bedside manner, barely even looks at you and is robotic. Avoid.
