Called to make appt after being referred by PCP. Not only was the staff dismissive, they were NASTY & UNPROFESSIONAL. Disgusting behavior for staff to represent a physician that comes highly recommended, they are not the medical professionals; if the doctor is unable to treat he may be able to guide me to someone who could. I have had 7 spinal fusions, both knees and shoulder replacements, It was hell and then I went to 2 pain management Drs With minimal or no help or relief. I was then recommended to see Dr.Rubin and right away I knew I found the right Dr. He reviewed all my MRIs, CT Scans and X-rays before our appointment and went through what he sees and what he would recommend. I felt very comfortable with him right from the start. I am fortunate to have found him and his staff.
As a patient for many years I so appreciate the expert care and prompt responses I receive with Dr Rubin. The staff is always professional and so helpful. Overall I highly recommend Dr Rubin’s office
Dr. Rubin and all the staff are very caring people. They are helping me to live a life where my chronic back pain is manageable.
