I was attened to by Dr Cotner at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara ... I strongly suggest you stay away from this person. He is rude, confrontational, to the point of beliitling. He does not listen to the patient, and will try to convince you that something else is wrong with you regardless of all evidence saying otherwise. Beware
