I just had a wonderful experience at Dr. Ramirez's office. I've been really stressed about my appointment because I needed a biopsy done and I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was wonderful, the office was tastefully decorated, and Dr. Ramirez was patient, not rushed, explained everything thoroughly in a way we could understand. He was able to do the procedure the same day and we should have the results in another week. I'm so glad I chose this office to do this test for me!

Their office staff is WONDERFUL! Calls were returned within the hour. I've waited an average of under 10 minutes, but the waiting area was nicely decorated and calming. Once my appointment was underway, vitals were taken and then I wasn't placed in a room to wait even longer. Only one patient is seen at a time so once you get placed in a room, you don't have to wait at all. We went to Doctor Ramirez after having tried unsuccessfully up in San Jose at another infertility clinic that we were sent to by my Ob/Gyn. I found Doctor Ramirez on Facebook and we decided to try going to him in January this year and we were so glad we did!!! He has a great way of treating his infertility patients and you don't feel rushed to make any decisions at all.
