Dr. Milcarsky is amazing! He was my doctor for 2 years until I got a new job and had to take their insurance. Well, I just got back on Florida health care and I cannot wait to go see Dr. Milcarsky. He is very thorough and a great listener. I know that all my health care needs will be met through his office
The absolute RUDEST doctor I have ever been to. He is degrading, condescending, and insulting. He discounts patient's concerns and is extremely sarcastic. I have been putting up with it for years because the location of the office was convenient but I will NEVER return to his office.
