I have been under Dr. Friedler's care for nearly 30 years and adore him. He is warm, caring, very competent -- a gem! Unfortunately, his practice has now been taken over by a bunch of cold, incompetent bureaucrats. They keep erecting more and more barriers to access to the doctors, and messing up tasks like prescription orders. I have found him to be a very good listener and genuinely interested in me as a person. I like being treated as a person rather than simply another patient. He always provides me with a personalized assessment based on what he knows about me and does not simply write out a prescription for a medication. He gives me good advice on what I myself can do as I am never eager to rely very much on medications. He is an intelligent and kind man with a wonderful sense of humor.
Dr. Friedler, his associates, and his staff are all excellent. I recommend him and his office without reservation. My family has been seeing Dr. Friedler for about twenty years! They have always found someone who can see us for an emergency, and their communication is excellent.
