They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
