I am always very content with the professionalism that is conducted within the office, and the way that the office ladies treat everyone. Always pleasant and helpful to answer any question that anyone may have. Always respectful, never irate when someone may not hear them. The doctor's associate I see is also so very personable and professional with helping me understand the insurance procedures for the service I see her about.
This was my first trip to Dr. Herrman. I am already feeling much better and I know I made the right decision by choosing him.

I was early to my appointment with Dr. Herrman and they took me right in. My checkup went well and I was out before my original appointment time. Wonderful day!!!!
Because the office staff is efficient, the Doctor see you without long waits, my kidney stones treatment outcome is not the greatest at this point but Dr. Herrman is keeping me informed and he is providing a reasonable plan to monitoring my condition. The impression I have from the Urology Partners is that the staff and the Doctor (both) are trying to help to the best of their abilities. Additionally, I can add that the office billing staff helps me always, very patiently, with my health insuran

I believe that Dr. Herrman is a wonderful doctor. Is very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He has done everything that needed to be done.
I have had several appointments with Dr. Herrman and each of them exceeded my expectations. He listened to my complaints, offered an array of solutions, and asked me which I preferred. He was attentive, and his diagnosis was accurate, and perhaps more important was how he put me at ease by explaining thoroughly my symptoms, the diagnosis, and the remedy. I am a very satisfied customer/patient.
