Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment

The staff was happy to answer all my questions, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is friendly, warm, and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I felt very comfortable about the care I received. The office was very easy to locate. I look forward to my next scheduled appointment.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
