I had my regular dental cleaning and exam performed recently. The doctor and staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend their practice to anyone who wish to find a high quality family dental clinic in this area.
I informed the front office of my concerns with their third party billing service and that if it continued, I would leave the practice. The final issue was a pre-estimate for a crown. After calling for a status week after week, I received a text from their office that the crown was rejected by my insurance company and that their office was not in network. 3/17/24: VERY Unhappy and UPSET with Hussan and Liu DDS. I went to Dr. Sepesy for over 10 years and they took over the office after her death. We surely had no choice; and we got it. I am upset because after going all these years they turned me down monday morning when I had a dental emergency. They had zero compassion and offered no help to me . Oh, after I finally found a new dentist to help me; they showed me all that Hussan and Liu messed up in my mouth!!!
