I had a very unpleasant experience at this office. For starts I was 15 minutes late to my first appointment because I could not locate the office I attempted to leave voicemails (because there is never a live rep to speak with). My call were not returned. Upon arrival I was told I'd have to reschedule. That's fine but I was not given an appointment card with details of the rescheduled appointment.
