Worse experience ever. This Dr has the God syndrome, sends 5 minutes and acts like you are below him. Dont waste your time or money. Glad to hear he is retiring, maybe someone that actually cares about patients will take his place. Go count your money.
My father was in pain with a migraine and he just said there wasn't anything he could do for him. My father has been going to him for 15 years and Dr McDonald would not assist my dad. He is not a considerate doctor.
I was scheduled to have an appointment with Dr. McDonald but when they called to confirm the day before, suddenly it was with a Family Nurse Practitioner who wasn't listed on their office website, had no information about what training in neurology she had, nada. She sends in multiple scrips that the pharmacy can't fill. I can't get ANYONE in the office to return calls to figure out what's going on. Dr. M may be great but no one else in that office. I will not be going back.
He was absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen. He rushed me rapidly firing questions and then just said "no you don't have alzheimers" and walked out. I was in my car, not even out of the parking lot and he came running out to his sports car to leave. I was the last patient on a Friday and I guess he had better plans than spending time with a patient
