I get my blood work done I go to my appointments with Dr Kim but his support staff will never send over the prescription, stuck in purgatory. I leave messages on their automated system and never get callbacks and my pharmacy has no record of the prescription.
Terrible bed side manor.. belittled me for something I didn’t do that he was supposed to do!! Just found out he treated an 88 year old man to lesser care.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!!
I was treated so well and informed on everything going on with me. Dr. Kim took his time allowing me to ask questions along with the Anesthesiologist which helped with relief of some anxiety prior to my surgery yesterday 12-5-23. I highly recommend him and his team. The entire team at UT treated me the best. From the checking in, to my amazing Nurse Matilda, my ER nurse and all the techs and team of Doctors. Husband had an appt here yesterday and majority of staff was very nice. Dr Kim rushed in and out after doing a prostate check even though he had just had his psa bloodwork done. His assistant was rude and proceeded to give him a lecture on testosterone usage and compared it to OxyContin addiction. Informed him that if he missed an appt he would not receive a refill.
