Responsible, caring, intelligent, diligent, listens carefully
Friendly enough, but nothing more than a drug pusher with very dire consequences in my case. Potentiallly an issue driven or exacerbated by patient load at for profit clinic, Sathoff was frequency ill prepared for appointments and spent a portion of visit time reviewing records.
She is the best, and the only reason she is not prompt, she does take time with her patients, and I will wait for her. Thanks
Switched from this Dr. to another, more reliable Dr. Even when I had an appointment with her, a nurse practionener stood in, saying Boles was too busy. No way would I go back.
Sat for over an hour waiting for her to show up. Didn't seem to have time to discuss concerns. Switched away from this one.
Dr. Boles is very caring and takes the time to really help you. She has made a huge difference in my daughters life in getting her diagnosed with celiac disease. My daughter was suffering with symptoms for around 12 years and not one doctor was able to help her until we started seeing Dr. Boles.
After seeing this doctor regularly for a period of 5 years I finally switched doctors because Sathoff did not take my symptoms and concerns seriously and actually laughed at some of them! He prescribed a medication that had been taken off the market because it caused liver damage. When the pharmacy told us this, I asked the doctor about it and he said he knew nothing about it and made no effort to prescribe something different.
